A complex chronic medical condition must currently substantially limit a major life activity to support eligibility under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. A complex chronic medical condition involves multiple morbidities that require the attention of multiple health care providers or facilities and possibly community (home)- based care. Professionals who are qualified to provide documentation include: medical or other qualified licensed treating professionals. Students are encouraged to provide their clinicians with a copy of these guidelines.<\/p>\n
