Stephen credits Adelphi鈥檚 community and mentorship with laying the foundation for his success.

Arvind Kajaria 鈥�87 came to Adelphi from India in 1985, and what he experienced as a student at the University was truly eye-opening. Since earning his bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, he鈥檚 applied what he learned both in and beyond the classroom and established numerous businesses, including one of the world鈥檚 largest ecard websites, 123Greetings.com, Inc.

Data scientist Tamanno Maripova uses machine learning to reduce no-show rates by 40%, earning her the Best Big Data Solution Award at the BrainTech Awards 2024 and streamlining operations at Dantist, a dental clinic in Taraz, Kazakhstan.

Launched in 2023 to promote understanding among Adelphi students, the award-winning program has now expanded to include students and leaders from four other universities.
