International Student Employees
International students should first contact International Services who will work with you to obtain a social security card or, if you already have one, will work with you to obtain all other proper documents needed.

Paperwork and Onboarding Steps
Once you have completed all of the necessary paperwork listed below, you will be asked to visit the Office of Human Resources. Before your visit, please ensure that all FNIS documents (printed and signed) and HR student employment paperwork are printed, completed in ink, and signed. You must also bring your original, unexpired identification documents, including your passport, visa, social security card, form I-20, and form I-94, as these are required to complete the form I-9 employment eligibility verification process.

Print and Sign the FERPA Acknowledgement.
Print, Read and Sign the Drug-Free Workplace and Community Act Agreement.
Print and Complete in ink the Direct Deposit Notice.
Important! Please attach either a voided check, deposit slip, bank statement or bank letter as documentation of your account. Documentation must have the imprint of your name and account number for every account listed.
